Adam Woodward
Chairperson/President

Adam is also our Referee Co Ordinator and Sponsorship Co Ordinator. He is a State Development Level Referee and holds a BNSW Club Coach Level 1 Certificate. Adam has recently completed the Australian Sports Commission's Directors Course. Adam is referred to as the "OG Bull" playing in domestic teams from 15 years old, wearing his idol's number 23 in the "Berkeley Bulls". His passion for youth basketball was the driving force in getting the Shellharbour Bulls established.
Dave Campbell
Vice President
As the newly elected Vice President of the Shellharbour City Basketball Association, Dave brings a strong commitment to player development, community engagement, and the long-term growth of the game & our association. With 20 years playing in domestic basketball competitions in the Illawarra area, coaching primary school & domestic teams & currently the Head coach of the U16B Barrengarry Yellow side he's passionate about creating positive, inclusive basketball environments that support players at all levels. His focus is on maintaining high standards across coaching, competition, and governance, while ensuring the associations growth. As Vice President he will contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making that supports the association’s vision and values. He is dedicated to working collaboratively with fellow board members, coaches, volunteers, and families to strengthen pathways for players and ensure a sustainable future for basketball within the association.
Tasha Frank
Secretary
Tasha developed a passion for basketball a few years ago when her son began playing the sport and last year was selected in the U16 SJL team for the upcoming representative season. While her experience involving basketball is somewhat limited, she holds many years experience in the role of Secretary and President in netball associations. Tasha also runs a netball club. She holds a National C badge netball umpiring accreditation, as well as having coached representative netball teams at the Metro League level in Sydney. Tasha understands the intricacies of sport at high levels and the organisational and structural features associated with sporting boards.
Justin McMahon
Treasurer
Justin works in professional Motor Sport and has worked within, built, and managed winning teams at both state and national levels. He is well versed in dealing with rulebooks, compliance, key stakeholders and sponsors. More importantly he’s a proud basketball parent and is committed to growing the Shellharbour Bulls so we can provide opportunities to as many Shellharbour kids that want to play basketball.
Adam Berriman
Board Member

Adam joined the Bulls as a dedicated parent volunteer. His IT background, friendly nature and quick wit makes him a valued board member. You will also see him in the orange vest court controlling at our domestic competitions, or manning the BBQ, turning sausages.
Michelle Duncan
Board Member
Michelle became part of the basketball community when her son began playing basketball 5 years ago. He was selected in the 2025 Barrengarry U18 bottom age team and this year is in the U18 SJL team. Michelle has been a part of committees for numerous years at her children's schools P and C, where she was President for 2 years, secretary, treasurer and canteen convener. Michelle has also managed her daughters rep soccer team for 5 years and previously been involved in running Kiama Physical Culture Club as secretary, and one of the instructors. Over these years Michelle has gained extensive knowledge on these committees that she is looking forward to sharing with the board and to help grow and strengthen the Bulls association.
Andrew Pike
Board Member
Andrew is a newly elected Director and a proud “girl baller dad” to two daughters who have grown up in the Bulls community since the association’s earliest days. Basketball has played a central role in his family’s life, shaping years of shared experiences — from sideline conversations and long drives to training, to the friendships formed through the club. Andrew is particularly passionate about promoting pathways, support, and strong representation for girls in basketball, as well as fostering positive and respectful environments for referees, officials, and volunteers. With a background working in government, Andrew brings a down‑to‑earth, practical approach to the Board. He values clear processes and sticking to good policy so everyone knows how decisions are made and why. His focus is on keeping things fair, transparent, and in the best interests of our members. He is eager to listen, learn, and work closely with other Directors, volunteers, and families to support the Bulls’ continued growth and success. Proud to give back to a club that has given so much to his family, Andrew is dedicated to helping ensure the Shellharbour Bulls remains a welcoming, inclusive, and well‑run community for everyone who loves the game.
Rebecca Goodman
Club Administrator

Rebecca's HR background and professionalism makes her an invaluable asset to the Bulls team. Her organisational and managerial skills, coupled with her friendly nature makes her an approachable and highly effective administrator.
Amy Woodward
Club Administrator

Amy also holds the role of Club Administrator. She oversees the Uniform team, and the Aussie Hoops & Assist All Hoops teams. Amy has recently completed the Australian Sports Commission's Directors Course. She took her business and finance skills, with a "can do" attitude and helped build the Bulls from the ground up. Amy did not have a basketball background, but cannot imagine her life without it now. You might call her a "super volunteer" dedicating much of her time to making sure the children of Shellharbour can play the sport they love.
